Review

The word review has several meanings in common usage. The first is a literal use of the word, to re-view as in to look at again - to review a piece of work for example would be to look at it again and possibly make any necessary alterations. The other popular use of the word review is when applied to an article written about a film or book for example. To say a film has got "good reviews" would mean that the articles written about the film by film critics were of a positive nature, encouraging others to see the film in question.
